Refund & Return Policy

This governs what happens after the customer receives the product.

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within [3] days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: [Gold Coins Silver coins and customized jewellery are not eligible for return.
  • Process: To start a return, contact us at akshayamjewellery@gmail.com. Once approved, we will send you instructions on where to send the package.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within [7-10] business days.

Cancellation Policy

This governs the period between the order being placed and being shipped.

  • Timeframe: You may cancel your order within [12-24] hours of purchase or before the order has been processed/shipped.

Shipping Policy

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Akshayam Elite Jewellery Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Damages: If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with the carrier.
