Most of our jewellery is handcrafted and personalized. As each product is custom-made, slight variations in finish or appearance may occur.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.

Orders

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, or product availability.

Personalization

Customers are responsible for providing accurate customization details, including names, initials, dates, engravings, ring sizes, and other specifications.

Akshayam Elite Jewellery is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Shipping

Estimated delivery time is 15–30 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary depending on production, courier services, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are accepted only if the jewellery is received damaged or defective. Personalized products cannot be returned due to customer errors, change of mind, or incorrect customization details.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, logos, product designs, text, and graphics, is the property of Akshayam Elite Jewellery and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.
