At Akshayam Elite Jewellery, every personalized jewellery order is handcrafted specifically for each customer.

Before Production

Orders may be cancelled only before manufacturing has started.

After Production Begins

Once production has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted because the jewellery is custom-made according to your specifications.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your order is cancelled before production begins, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

How to Request Cancellation

Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number. We will verify the production status and inform you whether cancellation is possible.
